Interested teachers can register their interest by signing our recruitment contract to begin the process.
2. Consultation
TREE will consult with the teacher to understand their background, experience, and professional goals.
3. Submission
TREE will create a comprehensive profile for the teacher and submit it to relevant schools with open positions.
4. Interview
Interested schools will conduct interviews and demo sessions to assess the suitability of the candidate.
5. Job offer
When candidates receive an offer, TREE helps them negotiate the compensation package and employment contract.
